Temporary Employment is a new form of employment in Poland, but it becomes more important each year within the European Union. Every year there are more companies which refer to temporary employment agencies for skilled workers. The employees are recruited by the Agency and later seconded to work in another company – Employer User for an unspecified period of time.

Temporary employment agencies are a perfect form of promotion for young people who begin their professional carrier. The employees seconded by the agency may be hired at any time for an unspecified period by the Employer User. At the same time, this kind of system allows to gain valuable experience with various employers alongside with long-term employment contract with the Agency.
