•  A client has the opportunity to verify employees’ skills before making the final decision about their employment. In such a situation, an employee will perform certain duties when not being employed, thus giving the potential employer the time for evaluation of his/her skills and abilities, and learning his habits. The client may make the decision on whether to employ the worker at any time, depending on the needs and opportunities. Upon making the decision by the client, the Agency obliges itself to second the employee to the client for permanent employment.

•  A Client avoids the necessity to dismiss incompetent and ineffective employees / workers on probationary period.
•  A dismissed worker is quickly replaced by another and there are many candidates for the post.
•  In a situation where a Client’s employee is on maternity leave, her duties can be performed by a temporary employee until she is ready to return to work.
•  Money saving – employment costs are qualified as booked costs.
