| Administration |
The Employment Agency is responsible for:
- preparation and verification of documentation required for employment - medical examination referrals and coordination - preparation of employment agreements
- introductory trainings in the scope of Health and Safety at Work - registration and deregistration of employees in the Social Insurance Company - registration of personnel in the payroll system
- recording of work time
- calculation and payment of remuneration
- calculation and deductions of social insurance contributions and advance personal income tax payments - preparation of tax returns and declarations the Social Insurance Company required by law - preparation of information on the employees remuneration - recording of leaves
- recording of sick leaves and calculation of remuneration for periods of sickness - personal files keeping
- recording of accidents and post-accident period
- issuing employment certificates

| Work time settlements | The Agency prepares records of working time, which are approved by indicated employee of Client supervising the work of temporary employees. The records are submitted to the Agency at the end of each week |

| Liability |
The Agency will replace every Employee towards whom the Client has claims, whose qualifications are far from established profile, or who violate the Labour Code or internal regulations of the client’s company. - if a temporary employee causes damage to the Client’s company, he/she will bear consequences pursuant to Labour Code - in Temporis Agency holds a third party insurance in the amount of 400 000 PLN |
